It’s the first cold day of October and it really feels like fall. I love fall. It brings joy to my heart that the “big 3” holidays are around the corner. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
However the cooler change in weather never quite agrees with me.
Typically I’ll have fatigue, joint pain, mild aching all over, and a headache. Today, I have only a little joint pain in my hands and I know it’s just because I’ve been on my cell phone pushing all those app buttons way too much lately.
I am tired today but it’s only because the storms rolled through at the typical wee morning hours that storms always choose to blow through. Not sure why they can’t arrive at noon when everyone is already awake but nevertheless the storms came and woke me up (I’ve always been scared of storms). I had trouble getting back to sleep so I’m a bit pooped.
With that said, this is going to be short but I wanted to at least get it started. If I at least start it then I’ll feel the motivation to continue and make it more in depth, interesting, and hopefully educational with each additional blog entry. I’m hoping that I can help at least one person feel better by what he or she learns from this blog.
If you’ve read my “about” page then you know I’ve had health issues my entire life.
This morning, since I was starting a new job, I thought I’d take a selfie. It was way too dark inside because it was still like night outside (remember the storm) so it’s the best I could get. When I got home I thought I’d post it on Instagram. Then I thought, “no, maybe that older photo of me.”
When I put them side by side it was amazing to me the difference in how I look age wise. And all I’ve done is change what I eat. And with that said, see the photo below and I’ll write more to continue (or rather catch you up) on the story.
